We Are the Sistas of the Sacred Feminine
We seek liberation------always
We lift our voices
in song and solidarity
We are awakened to who we are
Beautiful
Diverse
Talented
Spiritual
Passionate
Defiant
Strong
Resilient
Worthy--------------------Fierce!
We are Sistas of the yam
Healing ourselves-------Loving ourselves
Being ourselves---------Honoring ourselves
and our ancestors

We hold sacred feminine energy
We give birth to our ideas
and to our higher selves
With intention
we seek understanding
We aim to deconstruct
the lies that do not
belong to us
With love
we seek to
build bridges
to bring out
our sistas in isolation
in pain from our past experiences
No more suffering alone!
With compassion
we extend our hands
open our hearts
and evoke the
Feminine spirit of light and being
And so it is
And so are we
